How to Install the CC-ISO25-G Non-Metallic Cable Gland

CC-ISO25-G Cable Gland, LN-ISO-25-G Locknut, Cable
- Disconnect Power
WARNING: RISK OF SHOCK. Before beginning any installation, ensure that all power to the equipment or circuit is completely disconnected and locked out. Verify with a multimeter that the power is off.
- Prepare Mounting Hole
Ensure the mounting hole in the panel or enclosure is clean and correctly sized for the 25mm ISO thread of the CC-ISO25-G cable gland. The gland is designed for a clamping range of 13mm to 18mm for the cable.
- Install Cable Gland Body
Insert the threaded body of the CC-ISO25-G cable gland into the prepared mounting hole from the outside of the enclosure. From the inside, thread on the LN-ISO-25-G locknut and tighten it firmly to secure the gland to the panel. Use a wrench if necessary to ensure a snug fit.
- Insert and Secure Cable
Feed the cable through the installed gland. Tighten the gland's cap to compress the sealing ring around the cable. Ensure the cable is securely held within the specified clamping range (13mm to 18mm) to provide strain relief and maintain the environmental seal.
