The ABB ASL 1/0 NTN is a tin-plated aluminum two-hole NEMA lug designed for reliable electrical connections. This stacking lug is specifically engineered for 1/0 AWG stranded AL9CU conductors, and is also UL Listed for 1/0 AWG ACSR, 2/0 AWG compact, and 2/0 AWG solid conductors. The lug features two 9/16 inch bolt holes spaced 1-3/4 inches apart on center, accommodating a 5/8 inch bolt size. Its construction includes a 1-1/2 inch long barrel with a 41/64 inch outside diameter, providing ample surface area for conductor termination. The pad measures 22/32 inch wide by 3-1/16 inch long with a thickness of 13/64 inch, ensuring a secure and stable connection. Installation is facilitated using dies TU, 52, BG, and 243. An integrated oxide inhibitor is included to prevent corrosion, and the tan cap signifies proper application. The overall length of the lug is 5-1/4 inches.
