Mounting screws (4 included), Shim kit (if necessary)
- Attach the Cover Flange
Secure the Cover Flange to the AFM-FAS Series Floor Box using the four included mounting screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Position the Access Cover
Place the Access Cover over the opening in the Cover Flange and snap it into place. The Access Cover can be oriented to open in either direction.
- Use Shim Kit if Necessary
If the finished floor thickness exceeds 1/4 inch, use the appropriate number of shims from the AFM-FAS-SHIMKIT on top of both device plates as specified for your floor thickness.
