Overview

The ABB A463 Non-Insulated Navy Terminal Wire is engineered for secure electrical connections in demanding industrial applications. Its brazed seam construction prevents barrel splitting during crimping, ensuring a robust connection. Internal barrel serrations guarantee consistent wire contact and tensile strength, while internal barrel beveling facilitates easy wire insertion. This terminal is UL and CSA rated up to 2000V per UL 486A/B, with a maximum operating temperature of 302°F (150°C). The overall length is 1.06 inches (26.9 mm) and the overall width is 0.38 inches (9.7 mm). The wire strip length required is 9/32 inches (7.1 mm).
