Overview

The ABB 3/4" Non-Metallic Knockout Plug (SKU 1452) is a one-piece thermoplastic plug designed to seal unused conduit knockouts in electrical enclosures. The plug features a snap-in design for quick installation without tools, ensuring a secure fit in 3/4" trade size knockouts with a maximum wall thickness of 0.095". Its high-impact strength and corrosion resistance make it ideal for industrial environments where dust, moisture, and debris ingress must be prevented. The non-metallic composition provides electrical insulation, enhancing safety in electrical installations. Compatible with rigid and intermediate metal conduit (IMC) systems, this plug eliminates the need for separate capped bushings or steel pennies, streamlining conduit runs and maintaining enclosure integrity. The thermoplastic material resists grout, plaster, and normal handling damage during construction and remodeling.
  • One-piece snap-in design for quick, tool-free installation
  • Flame-retardant, non-dripping thermoplastic rated at 105°C (221°F)
  • Seals 3/4" trade size knockouts with max 0.095" wall thickness
  • Non-metallic construction provides electrical insulation and corrosion resistance
  • Effectively seals against dust, moisture, and debris
