The ABB Spec-Setter safety switch, SKU TC35322, is a rugged, reliable, and easy-to-install disconnect solution for industrial and commercial applications. This 60-amp, 3-pole, double-throw, non-fused switch operates at a maximum voltage of 240V AC and features a NEMA 1 indoor enclosure, providing protection against dust and debris. The Spec-Setter series is UL Listed and cUL Listed, meeting Federal Specification WS-865C and NEMA Enclosed Safety Switch Standard KS1-2013. It is also seismic certified and service entrance rated. The switch utilizes failsafe bi-directional cylinder-lift terminals at the top and bottom, with cage terminals for current ratings above 63A. Terminal size for cable is 25/25 mm (35/35 mm single slot for In > 63 A) and for busbar is 10/10 mm (not for In = 80-100 A). Tightening torque is 2.8 Nm (3 Nm for In = 125 A). Mounting is on a 35 mm DIN rail via a fast clip device, and connection can be made from the top and bottom. Withdrawal from the busbar is possible without tools from the bottom (not for 125 A). The dimensions are 85 x 69 x 70 mm (H x D x W) for 4 poles. This non-fused configuration is ideal when upstream devices provide overcurrent protection or manual switching is the primary requirement.
