How to Install the ABB T16-10 Thermal Overload Relay
Step-by-step guide to mount and wire the T16-10 relay on contactors or DIN rail.
Estimated time: 15m
Tools needed:
Screwdriver (M4 Pozidriv 2), Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Conductors (0.75mm² to 4mm²), Single mounting kit (DB16 for DIN rail)
- Mount the relay to the contactor
Align the T16-10 relay with the compatible ABB contactor (AS09...AS16 or B6/B7/MC1/MC2 variants) and secure it using the provided screws on the main circuit terminals.
