Overview

The ABB KT70-1001 is a Terminal Element designed for secure tube mounting on 35mm DIN rails. Manufactured by ABB Electrification, this component ensures precise alignment and robust connections for industrial applications. It features a failsafe bi-directional cylinder-lift terminal at the top and bottom with shock protection. The terminal supports cable sizes of IEC 25/25 mm² (with a 35/35 mm² single slot for In > 63 A) and busbar sizes of IEC 10/10 mm². Installation is facilitated by a fast clip device on a 35mm DIN rail, supporting any mounting position. Connections are made from both top and bottom. Withdrawal from the busbar is tool-less from the bottom, except for 125 A applications. Dimensions for a 2-pole configuration are 85 x 69 x 35 mm. This terminal element is rated for 70 Amperes and 120 Vac / 125 Vdc.
