A PLC and safety-controller panel for a robotics company's work cell, built and UL-inspected on an expedited schedule. A late-added power supply was absorbed into the build, and the box shipped the day of its UL inspection for on-site commissioning.

DIN-rail power and current monitoring on CNC lathes and machining centers, plus gateways in NEMA 4X enclosures, with electrical schematics and a Modbus address map. A second, multi-building system (analog-input and current/voltage panels, gateway boxes, cable schedule) is being built in 2026.
