How to Install the SYSPEND 180-MAX Suspension System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the SYSPEND 180-MAX suspension system for optimal performance.

Screwdriver, Spirit level, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Lock washers, Seals
- Prepare the mounting surface
Ensure the mounting surface is smooth and flat to prevent issues with load and adjustment.
- Mount the suspension system
Lift the enclosure under the coupling (support necessary) and attach the lock washers to the screws. Fit the screws through the horizontal section into the coupling and tighten them with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Adjust the vertical and horizontal tubes
Loosen the screws on the vertical and horizontal tubes, adjust to the desired position, and then tighten the screws with a torque of 10 - 12 Nm.
- Connect the electrical wiring
Ensure all electrical connections are made by a qualified electrician. Use wire connectors to secure the connections and check for proper insulation.
- Calibrate the system
Adjust the clamping lever to set the desired resistance, ensuring it is factory preset to the optimum torque setting.
- Verify installation
Use a spirit level to check the alignment of the tubes and ensure all screws are tightened to the specified torque.
