How to Install the Air Inlet Grille and Filter
Step-by-step guide for installing the air inlet grille and filter into an enclosure.

Tools needed:
Drill, Screwdriver
Supplies needed:
#6–32 self-tapping screws, Barrier, Filter, Air inlet grille
- Cut the enclosure
Make a 7.25 x 10.81 inch cutout into the enclosure as specified.
- Position the barrier
Using the barrier as a template, position the barrier into the cutout with the top flange offset. Drill four (4) .110 inch diameter holes into the enclosure.
- Secure the barrier
Fasten the barrier into position using the four (4) #6–32 self-tapping screws.
- Insert the filter
Place the filter into the barrier.
- Attach the grille
Hook the grille on the top flange of the barrier and pivot it down into a secured position.
