Overview

nVent ProLine 100mm Solid Base Cable Entry Gland Plate (PCEGP) is a precision-engineered steel accessory for secure, dust-tight cable entry in industrial/commercial electrical installations. Designed to fit all standard ProLine 100mm Solid Base gland openings, it provides a reliable alternative to solid gland plates with an adjustable foam-lined opening maintaining a NEMA 12-rated seal, protecting against environmental contaminants while accommodating slight cable diameter variations. Constructed from 14-gauge (1.75 mm) mild steel with durable black polyester powder coating (RAL 9005), it delivers robust mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Includes hardware for easy installation and is compatible with ProLine 100mm Solid Plinth Bases, Mobile Bases, or Transportation Bases. The gland plate can be rotated 180 degrees for front or rear cable entry and includes additional foam gasketing for repositioning or creating dual access points. Ideal for industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects, it excels in harsh or dusty environments such as mining operations, chemical processing plants, and outdoor installations. Compatible with ProLine systems, it ensures seamless integration, reducing installation complexity and enhancing system reliability.
