How to Install the DIN Rail for LDR3P77 Controller

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting the DIN rail required for the LDR3P77 Controller installation.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench

Supplies needed:

M8 flanged nuts, Pan head screws, Channel nuts

  1. Mount the DIN rail to enclosure studs

    Line up the slots in the DIN rail with the enclosure studs. Attach an M8 flanged nut to each stud and torque to 99 in-lbs (11 Nm).

  2. Install channel nuts for mounting channels

    If using mounting channels, insert one channel nut for each DIN rail into each mounting channel.

  3. Attach mounting channels to enclosure studs

    Follow the separate installation instruction sheet (Ref instruction 64317001) to attach the mounting channels to the enclosure studs.

  4. Secure the DIN rail to channel nuts

    Line up the slots in the DIN rail with the installed channel nuts. Insert one pan head screw into each nut and torque to 50 in-lbs (5.6 Nm).
