How to Install the Gland Plate
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing a gland plate onto an enclosure box to maintain UL/CSA Type 12 compliance.

Wing nuts, Brackets
- Make the cut-out
Cut a hole in the enclosure box as specified in the documentation. The cut-out can be positioned on any side of the box.
- Install the gland plate
Slip the supports under the back side of the cut-out, push the gland plate down over the cut-out, and slide the bracket under the front edge of the cut-out.
- Secure the installation
Tighten the wing nuts to secure the gland plate in place, ensuring it is firmly attached.
