How to Install the Gland Plate
Step-by-step guide for installing the gland plate on a box to maintain UL/CSA Type 12 compliance.

Wing nuts, Support brackets
- Make the cut-out
Cut a hole in the box as specified in the documentation. The cut-out can be positioned on any side of the box.
- Install the gland plate
Slip the support brackets under the back side of the cut-out, push the gland plate down over the cut-out, and slide the bracket under the front edge of the cut-out.
- Tighten the wing nuts
Secure the gland plate by tightening the wing nuts to ensure it is firmly attached and maintains the necessary compliance.
