How to Install the CWHK Latch Assembly

Screwdriver, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
M6 screw, O-ring, Wave washer
- Remove existing components
Remove the M6 screw fastening the existing insert to the latch assembly. Take out the insert, O-ring, and wave washer from the latch housing.
- Assemble new components
Assemble the handle, new O-ring, and wave washer to the latch housing as shown in the provided figure.
- Reinstall and torque screw
Reinstall the M6 screw to the handle and torque it to 4.3 NM (38 in-lbs) to ensure a secure fit.
