Mounting screws, Gaskets, Water inlet and outlet fittings, Sealant
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipping. Ensure it is in proper working condition before proceeding with installation.
- Prepare the enclosure
Using the cutout dimensions provided in the manual, prepare the air 'IN' and air 'OUT' openings, as well as the mounting bolt hole pattern on the enclosure.
- Install gaskets
Using the gasket kit provided, install the gaskets onto the air conditioner in the locations specified in the gasket kit illustration.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner onto the enclosure using the provided mounting bolts and screws. Use EZ-mount tabs to hold the unit in place while securing.
- Connect water supply
Connect the water inlet and outlet fittings to a clean, pressurized water supply. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free using sealant as necessary.
- Connect power supply
Refer to the nameplate for the correct electrical requirements. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded power supply. Avoid using an extension cord.
- Test functionality
Before finalizing the installation, operate the air conditioner for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure there are no excessive noises or vibrations. Verify that the evaporator blower and compressor are functioning correctly.
- Calibrate thermostat
Remove the front cover of the thermostat and adjust the temperature setting as needed using a standard screwdriver. Turn clockwise for cooler temperatures and counterclockwise for warmer temperatures.
