How to Install the CMC60 Controller

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for mounting and wiring the CMC60 Controller on a DIN rail.

Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Wire strippers, Multimeter

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Channel nuts, M8 flanged nuts, DIN rail

  1. Prepare the mounting channels

    Insert one channel nut for each DIN rail/grid strap into the mounting channel before attaching it to the enclosure.

  2. Attach the mounting channel

    Slide the mounting channel over the studs at the rear of the enclosure and secure it using M8 flanged nuts. Torque the nuts to 50 in-lbs (6 Nm).

  3. Mount the controller

    Secure the CMC60 Controller to the DIN rail using the integrated clips. Ensure the controller is level and firmly attached.

  4. Connect the wiring
