Overview

The nVent CES16 (SKU: CES16) is a simple protection gland designed for M16 threaded cable entry. Manufactured by nVent, it features a halogen-free EPDM rubber construction providing IP67 dust and water protection. This gland accommodates cable diameters from 5-10mm and requires a 16.5mm mounting hole. Installation is tool-free, utilizing a push-out membrane that creates a permanent seal until cable insertion. The CES16 operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +110°C. It is suitable for general industrial automation, control panels, and junction boxes, particularly where angled cable entry is required. Supplied in packs of 50 units with a RAL 7035 finish.
