Overview

The Woodhead Aero-Motive® SR42 Slip Ring Component Kit (SKU: SR42) provides reliable electrical power and signal transfer for rotating machinery. Engineered by Woodhead, this SR42 kit is designed for continuous rotation applications. It features a 75A current rating and 4 AWG conductors for efficient, safe handling of significant electrical loads. The precise 38.10mm (1.500" diameter) bore size ensures straightforward integration with rotating assemblies, minimizing vibration and promoting operational stability. The 2-conductor configuration delivers essential power or control signals directly. The SR42 exemplifies Woodhead's commitment to quality with superior materials and manufacturing for extended service life and reduced maintenance. Applications include industrial automation, aerospace, marine equipment, wind turbines, and medical devices. The kit's construction includes cast aluminum with a yellow powder-coat finish and a NEMA 4 rating for protection against water and dust.
