The Woodhead Aero-Motive® SR28 Slip Ring Component Kit (SKU: SR28) offers robust electrical connectivity for industrial applications. This kit features a 30A collector ring rating and utilizes 12 AWG SOW cord/cable, rated for 600V. It includes 8 conductors, ensuring efficient power and signal transmission in rotating systems. The precise 22.23mm (.875") bore size facilitates secure mounting on shafts. Constructed from durable cast aluminum with a yellow powder-coat finish, the SR28 is built to withstand challenging conditions, boasting a NEMA 4 rating for protection against water and dust, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Key features include a containerized, easily replaceable main spring, an adjustable four-roller cable guide offering 270° of adjustment in 5° increments, and a large, easy-access junction box. The line side features a 1" NPT entry. UL File No. E22769 and CSA File No. LR29921 provide certification. An optional pivot base allows for up to 330° of pivoting. This component kit is designed for reliability in dynamic applications where continuous electrical transfer is essential.
