Overview

Woodhead Super-Safeway™ 4020-2 is a two-speed momentary switch replacement for rugged industrial use. Direct replacement with 10A @ 125/250V AC for two-speed, 16A @ 125V AC for maintain, and 20A @ 125-250V AC for single-speed. Supports 1/3 HP @ 125V and 1/2 HP @ 250V motor loads. Ideal for material handling, assembly lines, and machinery requiring precise speed control. Features vulcanized rubber pendant cover and housing for abrasion, chemical, and temperature resistance. IP67-rated protection via internal Neoprene gasket and O-ring seal. MAX-LOC nylon strain relief with rubber grommet secures cords. Stainless steel cover screws and zinc-plated steel messenger cable brackets enhance durability in wet conditions. Includes 35 self-adhesive, pre-printed labels for function identification. CSA-certified (LR32400). Pendant-mounted design with ½" F2 cord grip body size for 7.92–15.88mm (.312–.625") diameter cords. UL-listed components, compact 4.34" length x 1.25" diameter footprint. Operates reliably in NEMA 4X enclosures.
