Overview

The Woodhead 36375 is a 2" NPT straight male liquid-tight grip strain relief with a 7.50" (0.19m) stainless steel mesh length. This fitting is designed for use with liquid-tight flexible conduit, offering robust protection for electrical and mechanical systems. The stainless steel mesh construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the insulated throat safeguards conductors from flexing, temperature changes, and wire entry/exit points. It is suitable for wet locations when used with a gasket, meeting NEMA 4 enclosure requirements. The threaded body is constructed from malleable iron or zinc-plated steel, with a zinc-plated steel nut and aluminum ferrule to mate with flexible conduit. This strain relief is UL-listed (File No. E61303) and CSA-certified (File No. LR32159). Typical applications include motor applications, electrical boxes, enclosures, machine tools, and bus drops. The conduit diameter range for optimal fit is 35.56–44.45mm (1.40–1.75").
