Its integrated LOVOLT® in-line transformer steps down 120V AC primary power to a safer 12V AC output, eliminating ignition risks in explosive atmospheres while maintaining bright 100W incandescent illumination. The A21 bulb delivers consistent, high-quality light for inspections, maintenance, and emergency operations in chemical plants, oil refineries, mining sites, and heavy construction zones. The 16/3 SOOW cord (30.48m/100') combines abrasion resistance, chemical tolerance, and extreme temperature performance (-40°C to 90°C) with a NEMA 5-15 plug configuration. Certified for wet locations with a NEMA 4X rating, this lamp withstands moisture, dust, and physical impacts. Its aluminum construction with nylon handle ensures durability while remaining lightweight for portable use. The transformer remains outside conductive areas per safety requirements.
