Overview

The Woodhead Super-Safeway® Lighted Hospital Duty Connector (SKU: 15L47) is a 2-pole/3-wire NEMA 5-15 rated device designed for critical power applications in hospitals, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and clean rooms. This connector operates at 125V and features a distinctive Safety Yellow® color for high visibility and easy identification in complex environments. The connector is constructed with a two-piece nylon body and NEo-TEX® Paracril OZO rubber for exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and temperature stability (-40°C to 75°C). It includes three industrial-duty duplex receptacles for reliable power distribution to multiple devices. An internal brass ground bus bar ensures secure continuity, while a manual reset circuit breaker provides overload protection. Optional GFCI protection with an open-neutral relay is available for advanced ground fault protection. The grommet-style strain relief and heavy-duty MAX-LOC® strain relief secure the 14/3 SOOW cord, preventing premature wear. The connector meets UL File No. E10176 and CSA File No. LR6837 standards for safety and reliability.
