Screwdriver, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
M5x12mm screws, M6x12mm screws, M6 Tight-Grip washers, Bezel assemblies
- Install Hinges
Secure (2) hinges to the cabinet frame using (2) M6 screws and (2) M6 Tight-Grip washers at the 1st and 3rd holes from the top of the hole array.
- Install Door Catch
Position the door catch on the inner left side of the cabinet vertical frame and secure it using (2) M5x0.8x12mm button head screws.
- Mount the Door
Position the door at approximately 90° to the cabinet and place it onto the hinges, aligning the top hinge pin first.
- Install Spanner Support
Locate the spanner support at the rear end of the frame and secure it using (6) M5x0.8x12mm button head screws. Use caution not to scratch the paint during installation.
- Install Top Cap
Secure the top cap to the frame using (12) M5x0.8x12mm button head screws.
- Install Top Cap Rear Plate
Attach the top cap rear plate using (4) M5x0.8x12mm button head screws.
- Install Bezels
Install (8) bezels to the top cap as per the assembly instructions.
