This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the upper and lower side panels of the XG-SPFS482W cabinet.

T25 Torx screwdriver

Supplies needed:

M5x0.8 x 12mm button head Torx screws, Grounding clips

  1. Install the Lock Catch

    Position the lock catch in the specified orientation and secure it using two M5x0.8 x 12mm button head T25 Torx screws.

  2. Install Grounding Clips

    Insert the U-shape of each grounding clip into the designated slots on the frame and pull inwards to secure them. Install a total of four clips, two in front and two in the back of the cabinet.

  3. Install the Lower Side Panel

    Insert the bottom flange of the lower side panel into the lower beam. Rotate the lower panel upwards and hook the top flange to the center frame beam, ensuring the bottom flange remains engaged.

  4. Install the Upper Side Panel

    Ensure the upper panel is in the unlocked position. Install the top flange of the upper panel into the top frame beam, then swing the bottom of the upper panel towards the cabinet and let it drop behind the lower panel's top flange. Lock the upper panel in place.
