This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the WG12IBRC4BL Bend Radius Control on a Wyr-Grid system.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
Truss Bolt Clips, 1/4-20 X 3/4” Trilobular Screws, M5 10mm Hex Head Screws
- Assemble the Bend Radius Control
Use (2) M5 x 10mm long Hex Head Screws to assemble the left and right sides of the Bend Radius Control.
- Attach the Lower Bend Radius Support
Secure the Lower Bend Radius Support to the Bend Radius Control using (2) M5 x 10mm long Hex Head Screws.
- Position and Secure the Bend Radius Control
Position the Bend Radius Control on the Wyr-Grid and secure it using (4) Truss Bolt Clips and (4) 1/4-20 X 3/4” Trilobular Screws. Tighten the screws to a torque of 6 +/- 0.25 Ft-Lbs (8.1 +/- 0.3 N.m).
- Final Tightening of Hex Head Screws
Tighten the (2) M5 x 10mm Hex Head Screws to a torque of 2.26 N.m (20 in-lbs) to ensure a secure fit.
