This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Panduit Security Handle ACF11 on a cabinet door.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws (12mm, 15mm, 20mm), Cam screw, Terminal connectors, Cable ties
- Prepare the cabinet door
Ensure the cabinet door has a cut-out of 150x25mm for the lock body. Clean the area around the cut-out for proper installation.
- Mount the lock body
Position the lock body within the cut-out and flush to the outer face of the cabinet door. Secure it using the 12mm top mounting screws and top mounting bracket. Torque to 0.4-0.5 Nm [3.5 - 4.4 in/lbs].
- Install the rotation limiter
Select a suitable rotation limiter and mount the latch using the included cam screw. Ensure correct orientation based on installation requirements. Torque to 4-5 Nm [35.4 - 44.2 in/lbs].
- Attach the bottom mounting bracket
Ensure the orientation of the lock plug corresponds to the bottom mounting bracket. Install the bracket using the included 15mm and 20mm bottom mounting screws. Torque to 0.4 – 0.5 Nm [3.5 – 4.4 in/lbs].
- Set aisle switch
Set the switch on the back of the Panduit Security Handle to 'On' for Hot Aisle or '1' for Cold Aisle based on your configuration.
- Install the magnetic switch and magnet
Attach the ACF11 magnet to the top corner of the cabinet using screws or optional bracket hardware. Then, attach the magnetic switch to the opposite corner of the cabinet door. Ensure the distance between the switch and magnet is less than 10mm when the door is closed.
- Connect the wire harness
Connect the Panduit Security Handle to the G5/G6 iPDU using the appropriate harness as per the connection diagram. Connect any environmental or access control accessory to the port marked 'Sensor' on the G5/G6 iPDU.
