The NSi Industries 418F-ID is a natural colored flag marker cable tie designed for efficient wire and cable management. Manufactured from high-strength Nylon 66, this tie offers excellent resistance to abrasion and common chemicals such as oils, greases, solvents, dilute acids, and alkalines. Its fungus-resistant, self-extinguishing properties, and excellent dielectric characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications. The 418F-ID features a built-in flag area for identification, allowing for simultaneous fastening and labeling of bundles. This UL Recognized cable tie has a tensile strength of 18 lbs and a maximum bundle diameter of 0.75 inches. Its dimensions are 4 inches in length and 0.100 inches in width. The tie is designed for quick and easy use, with a self-locking head for secure fastening. The natural color makes it versatile for general-purpose bundling where color-coding is not required. Each package contains 100 cable ties, with 1,000 ties per standard carton. The operating temperature range for this Nylon 66 tie is -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C). Ideal storage conditions are 23°C with 50% humidity, avoiding proximity to warm objects. This product is cULus Listed for Positioning Devices and meets UL62275 standards. It is also Type 21 AH-2 rated, making it suitable for use in air-handling spaces (Plenums).
