Overview

The NSI Industries 418-ID is a natural-colored cable tie designed for efficient wire and cable management. Constructed from high-strength Nylon 66, this tie offers excellent resistance to abrasion and common chemicals such as oils, greases, solvents, dilute acids, and alkalines. Its self-extinguishing properties and fungus resistance make it suitable for various environments. With a tensile strength of 18 lbs and a length of 4 inches, it provides a secure fastening solution for bundles up to 0.800 inches in diameter. The bent tail on this smaller size facilitates easy insertion into the self-locking head, streamlining the application process. These ties are cULus Listed for Positioning Devices (UL62275) and operate within a temperature range of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C).
