NSI Industries Mighty-Merge® Transition Fittings (SKU: 4058-DC) deliver a proven time-saving solution for coupling EMT to 10/4–6/4 AC/MC/FMC cables. This UL-listed and CSA-certified fitting installs in one-third the time of traditional methods while reducing material costs by the same margin. The formed steel body features a TITE-BITE® connector that secures flexible metal cable with a single screw, eliminating the need for secondary fasteners. The malleable iron armor gripping saddle remains open during cable insertion for effortless alignment. Designed for non-metallic and armored cables, this fitting meets NEC requirements for hazardous locations including Class I, Div. 2; Class II, Div. 1 & 2; and Class III, Div. 1 & 2. With a maximum temperature rating of 150°C and a durable electro-zinc plated finish, the 4058-DC ensures long-term reliability in industrial and commercial installations. Ideal for quick transitions between EMT and flexible conduit systems where grounding and mechanical integrity are critical.
