Overview

The NSI Industries R4-50N is a 4 AWG nylon insulated ring terminal designed for secure electrical connections in industrial and high-vibration environments. This terminal features a 1/2" stud size, ensuring a reliable connection that cannot be disconnected without complete screw removal, enhancing safety and stability. Constructed from electro tin-plated copper with a brazed seam, the R4-50N provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The easy-entry nylon insulation is rated for 600V and a maximum temperature of 105°C, meeting UL and CSA standards for electrical safety. The blue nylon insulation grip sleeve crimps to the wire insulation, offering strain relief and protection against vibration-induced failures.
