Overview

The NSi Industries LML-72 is a 90-degree insulated Liqua-Seal connector designed for robust industrial applications. Constructed from durable zinc-plated steel, this connector offers excellent corrosion resistance and longevity. It features 2-1/2" NPT threading for secure, leak-proof connections, making it suitable for fluid transfer systems in challenging environments. The insulated design enhances safety by preventing electrical conductivity, crucial for electrical and hydraulic installations. This connector meets industry standards for cold impact and simulated hammer blow, ensuring performance reliability. Its thermoplastic body gland has a material temperature rating of -40°C to 105°C and a flammability rating of U.L. 94-V2. The "O" ring is nitrile (blue), and the locknut is electro zinc plated steel. Listed and certified by U.L. (File# E23018) and CSA (File# LR52391), it conforms to CSA 22.2 #227.2, CSA 22.2 #227.3, ANSI/U.L. 514B-1988, and the watertight requirements of NEMA Type 4 and NEMA Type 6 enclosures. It also meets Federal Standard H28 for NPT threads and is suitable for hazardous locations (Class I Div. 2; Class II Div. 1 & 2, Groups E,F, & G; Class III per N.E.C.). The performance is unaffected by common industrial detergents, cleaners, sanitizers, cutting fluids, wiring pulling compounds, and marine environments. NSi Industries SKU: LML-72.
