Overview

The NSi Industries LDL-31 is a 90-degree insulated Liqua-Seal connector designed for terminating liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit or tubing to enclosures. Constructed from durable die-cast zinc, this connector features a 1" NPT thread for secure connections. Its insulated design enhances safety and reduces electrical interference. The connector's performance is unaffected by detergents, cleaners, sanitizers, cutting fluids, wiring pulling compounds, and marine environments, making it suitable for food processing plants and typical industrial settings. It meets industry standards for cold impact and simulated hammer blow. The LDL-31 conforms to CSA 22.2 #227.2 & CSA 22.2 #227.3, ANSI/U.L.514B-1988, and the watertight requirements of NEMA Type 4 and NEMA Type 6 enclosures. It is also suitable for hazardous locations, including Class I Div. 2, Class II Div. 1 & 2 (Groups E, F, & G), and Class III per NEC. Listed/Certified by U.L. (File# E23018) and CSA (File# LR52391). The thermoplastic body gland has a material temperature rating of -40°C to 105°C and a flammability rating of U.L. 94-V2. The nitrile "O" ring and electro zinc plated steel locknut ensure reliable sealing and durability. This connector is designed for easy hand grip installation without disassembly, providing a positive installation criterion and a seal meeting NEMA Type 4 and Type 6 watertight requirements.
