Overview

The NSI Industries B16-N-BULK is a bulk pack of 1,000 nylon-insulated butt splices, designed for reliable termination of 16-14 AWG wire. Constructed from electro-tin plated copper tubing, these splices feature a brazed seam to prevent barrel splitting during crimping, ensuring a secure and durable connection. An internal wire stop is integrated to guarantee consistent wire insertion depth into the terminal barrel. These butt splices are rated for 600V and a maximum insulation temperature of 105°C, meeting stringent UL and CSA standards (UL 486C). The robust nylon insulation provides excellent durability for demanding applications. Each splice has an overall length of 1.024 inches and requires a wire strip length of 0.472 inches. The bulk packaging of 1,000 units makes the B16-N-BULK an economical choice for high-volume industrial and electrical projects requiring secure wire repairs or extensions.
