It features a center stop to guarantee correct cable installation, preventing over-insertion and ensuring a secure connection. The AL1-14 is electro-tin plated, providing superior corrosion resistance and maintaining low contact resistance over time. For ease of use and proper application, each lug is clearly marked with its die index and color-coded, simplifying tool selection and inspection. This lug is rated for 1 AWG to 6 AWG wire range and accepts a 1/4" bolt size. It is cULus Listed and UL486A/B Listed for wire connectors, with a temperature rating of 90°C. Notably, the AL1-14 is listed for 35KV maximum when properly installed according to cable manufacturer specifications, making it suitable for medium-voltage applications. It is compatible with NSI crimp tools N1240 and N121D. The barrel has an outer diameter of 0.532" and an inner diameter of 0.350", with a length of 0.500". The tang length is 0.378" (A) and 0.878" (B), with a barrel length (B1) of 1.201" and a tang thickness (C) of 0.177". The mounting hole diameter (E) is 0.260". Each standard carton contains 24 units.
