The NSi Industries 5400-IR 5" Impact Resistant Heat Stabilized UV Black Cable Ties are engineered for superior performance in demanding industrial applications. These cable ties are specifically designed to withstand high-impact situations, vibration, and extreme weather conditions, ensuring reliable bundling and management of wires and cables. Engineered with increased flexibility and toughness in high-impact situations, these ties are built to endure. Constructed from durable Nylon 66, they offer excellent resistance to abrasion and chemicals, including common oils, greases, solvents, dilute acids, and alkalines. Their UV-resistant black color makes them ideal for outdoor use and applications exposed to sunlight. With a 40lb tensile strength, these ties provide robust securing capabilities for bundles up to 1.125 inches in diameter. The material is also fungus-resistant and self-extinguishing, with excellent dielectric properties. Suitable for use in air-handling spaces (Plenums) as per Type 21 AH-2 classification. The operating temperature range is from -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C). Each pack contains 100 cable ties, with a standard carton quantity of 2,000. NSi Industries, SKU 5400-IR, UNSPSC 39121731.
