Mighty-Seal™ Push-EMT™ Coupling, Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT)

  1. Prepare the EMT

    Cut the EMT squarely and thoroughly remove all burrs using a reaming/deburring tool to ensure an evenly chamfered outer edge.

  2. Install the coupling

    In one motion, slightly rotate and firmly push the Mighty-Seal™ Push-EMT™ Coupling onto the EMT until it reaches the conduit stop (minimum of ½ inch). Do not rotate the EMT more than a ¼ turn.

  3. Verify the installation

    Ensure that the coupling is securely attached and that the EMT is properly engaged with the fitting. Check for any visible gaps or misalignments.
