The Kessler Ellis MT8071iE is a 7-inch TFT color Human-Machine Interface (HMI) designed for industrial applications. Featuring a high-definition 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and 16.7 million colors (24-bit), this HMI provides clear visibility and detailed graphical representation. The resistive overlay touch panel ensures reliable input, while the LED backlight with automatic on/off support offers efficient operation and a long lifespan of 50,000 hours. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A9 800 MHz single-core processor, it offers ample performance for complex tasks. Storage includes 8 GB of Flash memory and 1 GB of operating RAM, with 1 MB of backup RAM for critical data like date/time, logging, alarms, and recipes. Connectivity is robust, featuring 1 x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port for network integration and project transfer, 1 x USB 2.0 Host port, 1 x RS-232C, and 1 x RS-485 serial communication ports. The MT8071iE supports multiple languages, displaying up to 12 simultaneously, and includes GIF animation support for dynamic interfaces. Data logging and recipe management are standard features, enhancing operational efficiency. Project creation and management are simplified through the XP-builder software, with convenient downloading/uploading via USB and Ethernet.
