Step-by-step guide for applying PATCHT-W to repair and patch surfaces effectively.

Putty knife, Heat gun or hot iron
Supplies needed:
PATCHT-W material, Water for quenching (optional)
- Prepare the area
Ensure the area to be patched is clean and dry before applying the material.
- Apply the PATCHT-W material
Squeeze the required amount of PATCHT-W from the tube onto the area to be repaired. Use a putty knife to spread and level the material as needed.
- Heat the applied material
Use a heat gun or hot iron to apply heat to the patched area. Do not exceed 500°F. Heat for a minimum of 2 minutes or until the surface turns glossy again.
- Cool the patched area
Allow the area to air cool or use a water quench to speed up the cooling process.
