Overview

The ABB Sta-Kon KV10-8LF-D is a high-quality vinyl locking fork terminal designed for secure electrical connections. The KV10 series terminals are built to meet stringent industry standards, offering connection capacities for one or two conductors, with options for rigid solid/stranded, flexible with non-insulated ferrules, and flexible with insulated ferrules. Specifically, it supports rigid solid/stranded wire from 1 to 2.5 mm², flexible with non-insulated ferrule from 0.75 to 2.5 mm², and flexible with insulated ferrule from 0.75 to 1.5 mm². The required stripping length is 10 mm, and a tightening torque of 1.2 Nm (11 lb.in) is recommended for optimal performance. These terminals are designed with screw terminals delivered in an open position, requiring the screws of unused terminals to be tightened. All terminals utilize M3.5 screws and are compatible with flat Ø 5.5 mm or Pozidriv 2 screwdrivers. The degree of protection according to IEC/EN 60947-1 and IEC/EN 60529 is IP20.
