These terminals are rated to accommodate cables up to 25/25 mm² (or 35/35 mm² single slot for currents exceeding 63A) and busbars up to 10/10 mm². To ensure the utmost security and reliability of connections, the terminal tightening torque is specified at 2.8 Nm, with a slightly higher 3 Nm required for 125A models. Installation is streamlined through a fast clip device, allowing for secure mounting on a 35mm DIN rail. The DS1421FRAB0 offers complete flexibility in mounting orientation, supporting any position. Connections can be made from either the top or the bottom. Notably, for models other than the 125A variants, withdrawal from the busbar can be achieved without the need for tools, specifically from the bottom. The physical dimensions of the unit are 85 x 69 x 35 mm for 2-pole configurations and 85 x 69 x 70 mm for 4-pole configurations. A protective screw cap is included, providing IP2X finger protection to prevent accidental contact and maintaining secure connection integrity.
